"If you don't want them, you just have to tell us." Too often, school officials don't tell parents they have a choice. Many parents and an increasing number of MDs and health officials refuse vaccinations for their children because these shots are dangerous and are linked to autism, allergies. Others arc concerned with the ingredients in shots that include aluminum, mercury, formaldehyde, acid, animal cells, animal DNA. aborted fetal cells, etc.. and what they might do inside their child's body. Some parents who arc concerned about the dangers feel they have no choice. They ask. "Don't our children have to get shots to go to school?" Happily, the answer is "no." All states permit you to "just say no" to vaccines. In some, it's as easy as checking a box on the form, while in other states you may have to write a letter. All states, except for West Virginia and Mississippi, permit a philosophical or religious exemption. Mississippi and West Virginia only permit a medical exemption if the child has already been injured by a vaccine. They might not even pennit an exemption to siblings, who are at greater risk. What religions qualify for a religious exemption? It doesn't matter. The government cannot ask about your religious beliefs because that puts them in the position of deciding if your religion is "good enough." This is something not permitted in our Bill of Rights, and it has been reaffirmed by the United States Supreme Court. On a practical level, if parents would at least wait until their child is ready for school (five or six years old) before vaccinating, hundreds of thousands would be saved from autism, dyslexia, immunological problems, car infections, brain injuries, and other forms of vaccine damage. Remember, they give the same dose to a 5 lb premature baby as they do to a 50 lb fivc-ycar-old. Most educators, school nurses, and health professionals arc unaware that vaccine exemptions exist. Many government bureaucrats don't even know the law and that you have a choice. What about religious schools? Private schools? Colleges?
