It's our annual Colleges and Education Opportuni-ties issue! This is the time each year when we like to give you a peek at the future of the chiropractic profession by bringing you updates from the colleges about their latest developments and changes being implemented on campus, in the curriculum, and in their research departments. To bring this feature together, we contact all of the US chiropractic colleges to request their annual reports. What you find here on pages 18 to 32 are reports from seven of the colleges contacted that responded to our request in time for publication. If you don't see your own alma mater represented, then contact your school and have them send us an update that we will include in a future issue. And thinking about education, we look to the National Board of Chiropractic Examiner's President, Dr. Vern Temple, to find out more about changes on the horizon for the organization responsible for creating and implementing the most important test every chiropractic student must take to become a licensed chiropractor. Find out the answers to all your questions about "the Boards" in our interview with Dr. Vern Temple on page 36. Finally, our yellow page "Chiropractic News Around the World" in this issue of THE AMERICAN CHIROPRACTOR, definitely hits home for us! TACs publisher for the past 29 years, Dr. Richard E. Busch Jr., makes the yellow page this issue! To keep you abreast of the good and the not-so-good occurrences involving chiropractors, we've been featuring this news page for years to help you and all of our profession to avoid being on the firing line yourselves. We wanted to give you the heads up on this news piece.. .not that it pertains to chiropractic all that much, but since it's about our publisher, we want you to feel free to contact us directly should you have any concerns or questions. See more information on our publisher in his bio below and on page 64. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! We appreciate your continued support! Keep up the great work!
