Has the consultant personally ever practiced in the field he/she is promoting and, if so, for how long? How many satisfied clients have been set up nationally? During an initial phone call, is the consultant able to answer complex issues with simple bottom line solutions (as opposed to giving a sales pitch)? Is there access to weekly live classes for staff training on all practice issues? Does the consultant have the ability to manage multiple aspects of all practice needs? Will you have access to phone consult (immediate return call within a couple of hours)? Will you be provided with extensive practice manuals as well as comprehensive training programs? Is there a necessity for a detailed compliance program with zero tolerance policy? Will you get weekly updates and monthly newsletters to keep information continuous and updated?
