C1 TAC Vol33No12 144xChristmas time, what a great time of year! No matter what religion you may be, we all know that Santa must have some back issues, most likely caused from eating all those cookies, right?  If not, judging by the cover, it looks like Mrs. Clause, D.C. has him enrolled in a postural correction program using the Pettibon Technique.

All joking aside, this issue, we’ve caught up with one of the true innovators of chiropractic technique for an interview, Dr. Burl Pettitbon.  The unique brand of chiropractic that Dr. Pettitbon has created was born out of his background in education and research, with a laser like focus on attaining measurable results through x-rays with regard to subluxation correction. Read more about the interesting findings of this pioneer on page 24.

Not to be outdone, Claude Cote, owner and founder of Platinum Systems shares his view on the EHR incentive program available to those chiropractors that demonstrate meaningful use, predicting that the commitments D.C.’s enter into with the government are actually going to end up much more costly than the incentive.  Take a look at “the other side of the medal” on page 40.

We’re very excited to bring you this issue, full of outstanding, year changing information, read this one cover to cover, and please don’t miss the opportunity to attain CE credits with the Distance Learning opportunity, brought to you in partnership with the University of Bridgeport on page 50.  Flip to page 48, to read Dr. Lehman’s interview explaining how to enroll, and see if your state accepts the 6 CEU credits available.

Have a happy holidays!  See you next year,
Joseph-Busch-sig1
