			<description><![CDATA[Question? If your overhead is closer to a flucuating fixed cost say $5000 +/- a month vs percentage. Adding an associate would increase the cost +/- $1000/month. Thus your earnings are not a percentage because those "perentage costs" are not consistent as the associate brings in 5k, 10k, 20k, 30k/month...etc. Therefore, is graduated percentage income with collection is more appropriate? How valuable is your time? because an associate gives you the freedom of time. Reciprocal associateship? Just curious to get a response. Thanx]]></description>
