Breakthroughs in Detoxification with Homeopathy

We have discovered two primary negatives in detoxification: Toxicity problems have a tendency to create healing crises, and health problems can commonly recur.

We have used many combinations of detoxification products and techniques, including nutrition, herbs, fasting, various flushing techniques, specialty products, clays, colon cleaners, small intestine cleaners, colonics, enemas, massage, and homeopathy.  Fortunately, homeopathic detoxification and drainage remedies not only dislodge toxins in the body, as most other products do; they also activate the elimination functions of the body to work properly again.  By activating the body’s inner potentials to detoxify, homeopathy is able to maximize the body’s ability to cleanse itself and adapt to a continuously changing environment.

Homeopathy has certainly become the safest and most overall effective first detox product of choice.  Homeopathic detoxification and drainage formulas provide the following therapeutic advantages:

• Enhance overall health in most people
• Prevent healing crises and detox reactions from occurring
• Prevent reoccurrences of a toxic condition or illness
• Provide a better results in resistant cases
• Provide more complete cure
• Expedite the healing processes
• Help achieve greater results with other homeopathic formulas
• Help other products and procedures work better (nutrition, herbs, chiropractic, etc.)
• Activate further healing in cases where only partial correction has been achieved
• Prevent further accumulation of toxins
• Provide results in a broader scope of conditions, such as chronic or, even, so called “incurable” conditions.

The reason for the added results of homeopathy is its difference from nutrition and herbs. Homeopathy works, not so much biochemically, but rather bioenergetically to correct nerve interferences throughout the whole nervous system.

When the energetic control systems of the body (like the nervous system) work better, then everything else can work better. As the control system of the body works better, the body’s chemistry balances out. Together, chiropractic and homeopathy empower the chiropractor to better work with the whole nervous system.

Almost everyone has or knows of, what I call, an “Uncle Charlie”—the one who eats horribly, smokes, cusses and lives the most awful lifestyle, yet never seems to get sick; while others sway just a little in their lifestyle tightrope and get sick. The difference is that Uncle Charlie has the constitution of a cockroach. This means that his detoxification and defense functions are working well.

There are homeopathic formulas designed to activate the detoxification mechanisms of the body and maximize the ability to stay clean in a toxic world.  Some people have tried to target the toxin, while others have aimed to activate the detoxification mechanism, such as liver, lymph, blood, kidney, skin, lung and, especially, the ileocecal valve. There are also formulas to address general toxic related imbalances, such as acidity, yeast, etc.

The Ileocecal Valve (ICV) is a little known valve separating the ileum—last part of the small intestine—from the cecum—the first part of the large intestine. Autointoxication quickly occurs when the ICV spasms allow toxins from the large intestine to back up into the small intestine and be absorbed into the body.  The small and large intestines are two very different environments with two very different functions, and the ICV is vital to assuring the two environments don’t mix.  Those who apply its therapy consider the ICV to be the number one cause of autointoxication.

Detoxification and drainage formulas, according to European homeopathy, help avoid severe detox responses, by recognizing a hierarchy in the appropriate elimination function.  It is useless to stimulate the release of toxins from the tissue cells, if the body is not able to properly eliminate toxic wastes.

Detox responses may include mild to moderate nausea, mild to moderate increase in temperature, a recurrence of a recent condition that wasn’t fully corrected, or even a condition from as far back as childhood.  Other discomforts include fatigue, headaches, increased need for sleep, lack of concentration, insomnia, hypoglycemia, bad breath, skin rashes and eruptions, body or urine odor, sweats, soft stools, loose stools, depression, anger, runny nose, anxiety, watery eyes, nervousness, or nightmares.  If these conditions increase to the intensity of causing alarm or intolerance, the basic homeopathic formulas the patient is taking should be retested and reevaluated.  The body should then be allowed to go through this healing process or crisis. Although the extreme of this response is not common, it may be experienced in the more toxic and sensitive patients and is essential for a cure to finally be accomplished in this chronically ill patient.

Homeopathic detoxification formulations are essential for maximum results when working with the chronically ill and hypersensitive patient. The key to optimal success is simply fixing what you find on a deeper level.
